How is ISC supporting SCHF?

ISC Sport have committed to donating $1 from every Custom Teamwear Pack sold from June 2023 onwards to SCHF as well as supporting SCHF raise awareness for children's health and staying safe when playing sports. All funds raised will go to help kids of all ages, all illnesses, and all conditions as well as fund research into a wide range of childhood diseases.
ISC will work closely with the team at SCHF in creating content to spread key messages throughout the year.

How does the $1 donation from every Custom Teamwear Pack work?

It's quite simple - We offer custom Teamwear apparel packs for a large range of sports throughout the year. These packs include multiple garments to fully kit out your team. What sizes do you offer?

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping charges vary based on the delivery location. You will find the shipping charge at the checkout or in some cases on the product page.

Do you ship internationally?

If you're an international club or business looking to design custom gear for your team please email us and one of our expert Account Managers will get in touch with you to discuss your requirements.

When will I receive my order?

Pre-orders will be produced once the Club Store has closed. Production may take 5 - 7 weeks. If you selected 'Pick-Up' your order will be delivered to your Club for collection. If you selected 'Delivery' we will ship the order to you once it is produced.


Do I have to be home to receive my order?

No you don’t, Australia Post will leave a card explaining how you are able to pick up your order or to arrange redelivery. Use the details on the card to arrange redelivery if required, in most cases your order will be taken to the nearest post office.

When will I receive my order?

We aim to dispatch within 1-2 business days once the merchandise has been produced and it has arrived at our warehouse facility in Australia. Delivery can take up to 2-5 business days via Australia Post Standard Service. If you have requested delivery to a regional area within Australia, please allow 5-8 business days for standard delivery. We cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates during peak periods.

How do I return an item?

If you have purchased from a Club Store and received a faulty item, please contact the club rep directly. For all order related enquiries, returns and refunds, contact the club directly.


How does Afterpay work?

Pay for your purchase over 4 equal instalments, due every two weeks. You'll pay your first instalment at the time of purchase, and the remainder over time.

Afterpay is always zero interest, and there are never additional fees when you pay on time. The only fees are for later payments. We'll email your payment schedule and send notifications so there are no surprises.

Where do you deliver?

Currently we offer delivery within Australia only.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges may vary based on the delivery location. You will find the shipping charge at the checkout or in some cases on the product page. For ISC Footwear products a standard $15 delivery fee applies

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times vary based on your location. Starting from 4-5 business days.

Do I get a tracking number for my order?

A tracking number will be generated once your order has been shipped. We will email you this tracking number. If you haven't received a tracking number from us your order is still being processed.

How do I return a product?


We can accept returns provided our returns conditions are met. To be eligible for a return, all footwear purchases must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Any product being returned must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unworn, unmarked and unwashed
  • In the original packaging or box
  • Not defective as a result of misuse
  • Tags and labels still attached


We offer paid returns only.

You may choose to:

  • Pay for the return yourself. Or,
  • Have the return cost deducted from your refund

To request a return:

  • Email to arrange your return
  • Package your return in a satchel or similar packaging to prevent damage to the original shoebox.
  • Attach the label provided by ISC team to the satchel.

Returns may take 5-10 business days to process.

I requested a refund. How long will it take?

Refunds will automatically go back into the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for funds to transfer into your account.
