When will I receive my order?
We aim to dispatch within 1-2 business days once you place your order. Delivery can take up to 2-5 business days via Australia Post Standard Service. If you have requested delivery to a regional area within Australia, please allow 5-8 business days for standard delivery. We cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates during peak periods, for example, end of year sale and Christmas.

Do I have to be home to receive my order?
No you don’t, Australia Post will leave a card explaining how you are able to pick up your order or to arrange redelivery. Use the details on the card to arrange redelivery if required, in most cases your order will be taken to the nearest post office.

Can I cancel an order?
If you wish to cancel your order please contact our Customer Service team by email as soon as you can.
No cancellation fees apply. Once an order has been dispatched unfortunately it cannot be cancelled and the item must instead be returned to our partners ISC, refer to the Return Policy.
How do I return an item?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange providing the following is met (the following conditions do not apply to faulty items):
Original proof of purchase is supplied
Item(s) are in unworn, unused and in its original condition all with swing tags still attached
Item(s) are returned within 30 days of purchase
Item(s) are purchased at full price (no sale items, all sales are final)

My garment does not fit, can I exchange it?
We accept the exchange of garments for different sizes within 30 days of receipt by you, as long as the product is returned to us in its original condition, unworn with the tag still attached.
Please note that in this case postage and handling costs on returns are not our responsibility. We strongly recommend that you obtain postal insurance via a parcel tracking provider, before returning any items. We take no responsibility for returned items that are lost in transit and don't reach us.

When will I receive my refund?
Returns depend on the shipping provider you select. We recommend that you send your returns via shipping provider that offers online tracking, as we do not take responsibility for returns that are lost in transit before reaching us.
Refund requests will be processed as soon as the product you have returned is inspected by our quality assurance team and it is confirmed that it fits within our returns policy. This quality check can take up to 2-3 business days.
Once the return has been approved, please note that the time taken for a payment services provider to provide you with your refund can vary depending upon the credit card supplier. Refunds are processed to your original payment account used
